If there is a problem with your order please let us know within 3 business days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds to items that were improperly personalized due to an error submitted at the time of purchase or after any proofs have been approved. Please double-check your order carefully before purchasing and when reviewing invitation proofs.
If an item is not perfectly made, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping costs are not refundable and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
